Position Summary:
ISS seeks two individuals committed to international student transition and immigration compliance support in a fast-paced, high demand environment. This position is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely processing of immigration document requests for incoming (admitted) students seeking F-1 or J-1 student immigration status. Requires strong attention to detail and commitment to student data privacy and data integrity.

Position requires proof of U.S. citizenship/legal permanent residence to serve as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO), per Department of Homeland Security.
Preferred skills/qualification:
Previous Designated School Official (DSO) and/or Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) experience
Experience with Terra Dotta ISSS software and PeopleSoft Student Information System
Experience living, working, or studying abroad
Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English
Knowledge of international student identity development
