Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides assistance and
support via telephone, email and onsite for resetting passwords,
wireless network connection, Blackboard support, printers,
computers, and other equipment.
Provides proper lab sanitation and social distancing guidance and
official campus policy enforcement for lab occupants as
Sanitizes lab areas as students/users leave throughout the
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to commit to the work schedule established each semester
