This is a full-time benefits eligible position. This is a LIVE IN position with a furnished one bedroom apartment.

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the Crossing, student apartment complex and may assist in operations of another residence hall. The position will serve as a liaison to the retail establishments, Meeting and Conference Services for the events held in the building, and Facilities, Planning & Operations ( FPO ). The position will supervise the undergraduate staff of the building including the service center. This position will also be responsible for student conduct of residents of the building. The position will serve on the “On Call” Duty schedule for the Housing system for emergencies and issues after hours and weekend. Master’s degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, or related field required. Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation Experience
Eighteen (18) months of campus student housing experience. (RA, GA, Property Manager, etc.) required.

Experience with Hall leadership and advising.

Experience with facilities management, staff supervision, and service desks is preferred.
