The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science ( EECS ) in the College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University ( ERAU ), Daytona Beach, Florida, invites candidates to apply for a visiting faculty position in systems engineering instruction with rank dependent on prior experience and qualifications. Qualifications

Qualifications: Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in an appropriate engineering field (e.g., systems engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering) and be committed to teaching excellence that employs inclusive and evidence-based approaches. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

The EECS department has 20 faculty members and 370 students. It offers the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science ; M.S. degrees in cybersecurity engineering , electrical and computer engineering , software engineering , systems engineering , and unmanned and autonomous systems engineering ; and B.S. degrees in computer engineering , computer science , electrical engineering , and software engineering . The College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Daytona Beach has 100 faculty members plus research staff and enrolls nearly 2800 students. In addition to ECSSE programs, the College offers bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering, and doctoral degrees in aerospace engineering and mechanical engineering.
