Position Function

Direct all phases of the women’s cross country/track and field program.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution by date of employment.

Minimum Experience

At least three years of coaching experience.

Minimum Other

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.

Authorization to work in the US

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Education

Master’s degree from accredited institution.

Preferred Experience

At least five years of coaching experience at the collegiate level.

Preferred Other

Pre-Employment Screening

Requires successful completion of a Drivers License check, Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.

Perform duties in all areas of the program at the direction of the Athletic Director or sport supervisor.

Properly administer the budget, including preparation and its management in a fiscally sound manner.
