Assistant Director of Business Operations

Gannon University, a vibrant Catholic institution committed to excellence through inclusiveness, invites applications for the position of Assistant Director to aid in the business operations of the Office of Residence Life.  The successful candidate will have knowledge of campus housing operations, contracts, application processes and software management, and preferably, residence life or student affairs experience.
 A Master's degree in student personnel administration, business administration or an equivalent is required.  Must have two years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education operations or technological customer service; oversee and monitor expenditures of budgeted funds; be conversant in Microsoft Office software and the ability to learn and adapt to technical software; the ability to speak effectively and persuasively; the ability to manage conflict; be knowledgeable and keep abreast of changing local, state and federal mandates (e.g., FERPA and Title IX).  A valid driver's license is preferred.  Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
