Loyola University Maryland invites applications for fulltime,
nontenuretrack positions in pre-Victorian British literature. This
position is for one year.
Faculty responsibilities include teaching four undergraduate literature courses per semester and participation in departmental events. MA in British literature required; PhD or ABD preferred. Proven ability to teach introductory literature courses required. Strong commitment to excellence in teaching, including an appreciation of or engagement in high-impact teaching practices. Ability to teach in a field of pre-Victorian British literature.
Salary is competitive.
