Description
Carroll University (CU) is seeking a Visiting Lecturer in Philosophy for the 2021-22 academic year. Innovative candidates who value a dynamic and comprehensive approach to curriculum and instruction, and enjoy interacting with students and colleagues, are encouraged to apply. Any area of specialization is welcome. The successful candidate will teach classes that complement the offerings of a small program.
Responsibilities: The person hired will teach four courses in Philosophy each semester. We have needs in Philosophy 101 and applied ethics. There may also be opportunity to teach upper level courses in world philosophy and contemporary philosophy.
