Job Summary

Perform specialized clerical work requiring general knowledge of the principles of accounting & bookkeeping. The responsibilities of this position may include invoicing, payroll, etc., & general clerical assistance to the Dining Services Manager & the Dining Services Department.

Required Qualifications

One year of post-secondary education or equivalent. Two years of related work experience. Must be able to use a variety of computer programs, including word processing & spreadsheets. Will need to use standard office equipment. Experience with use of personal computers. Detail oriented & ability to handle multiple priorities & meet deadlines. Must possess a positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
