Job Summary

The Facilities Scheduling Coordinator coordinates the utilization of JCCC facilities by both college and community groups. The Scheduling Office serves as the central source of information regarding college activities and community events held on campus. The Facilities Scheduling Coordinator receives and coordinates requests from college staff for the use of JCCC facilities and requests and schedules non-college facilities for continuing education courses in accordance with college policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Three years of administrative experience and experience in facility scheduling
Competency in Microsoft computer applications
Excellent computer skills
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform a variety of duties requiring accuracy, attention to detail, discretion and tact
