The Field Information Coordinator will play a key role in managing daily program activities. Join an established team of Faculty and Staff and be part of a dynamic department!

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and coordinate the daily activities of theMSWandBSWField Education programs.
- Maintain student and field agency partners records effectively and accurately.
- Manage electronic databases related to agency recruitment and field placements.
- Collaboration with external partners such as metro area field directors and admin staff, as well as with the School of Health program staff.
- Planning and logistics of all field events, prepare marketing materials for field placement recruitment, manage the publication, and distribution of program manuals and forms.
- Coordinate the activities for the support staff team for major field-specific projects and events (large mailings, collating student field applications, generating placement assignment announcements, field instructor training’s and orientations)
- Assist theMSWandBSWField programs in the recruitment and placement process.
- Respond to students, agency partners and field instructor inquiries courteously via email and phone.
- Communicate respectfully and build relationships of trust with people of all cultures and abilities, affirming the worth and preserving the dignity of individuals, families, and communities.

- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Experience consistently entering data with near 100% accuracy
- Knowledge of St. Catherine University’s Social Work Program
- Experience working in a social services sector
- Experience using Zoom and Google Meet
- Experience working in an office environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
