We are looking for an Enrollment Marketing Manager to join our Communications and Engagement team. In this role, you will have the following organizational impact: 

  • Oversee and execute recruitment and marketing strategies to realize pipeline, enrollment, and tuition goals for Camp and Academy, while increasing brand awareness among target audiences. 
  • Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen and diversify Interlochen’s prospective student pipeline, develop robust inquiry pools, nurture prospective students to apply and help the Interlochen achieve enrollment goals. 
  • Execute content and search engine optimization (SEO) updates to ICA’s websites. Including but not limited to content development implementation, page title, and meta description optimization, image optimization, etc. 
  • Produce effective and engaging marketing copy for a variety of marketing materials; including but not limited to website content, digital and print ads, email, landing pages, brochures, and direct mail.
  • Collaborate with departmental and cross functional partners to develop creative ideas for recruitment and branding that align with institutional objectives and program target goals. 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, business, communications, English, journalism,  public relations, or similar program)
  • Minimum five years related professional experience.
  • Proven digital marketing acumen, including reporting/analytics experience, with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement, and track record of success.
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, digital advertising platforms, Photoshop, project management systems, content management systems and CRM

Additional experience that would be helpful in this role:

  • Education or student recruitment marketing experience.
  • Drupal experience

Location: Main campus is located in Interlochen, MI between Duck and Green Lake. (13 miles away from Traverse City, MI).
