Responsibilities:
Responsible for oversight and maintenance of credit applied to students from external sources, the transfer institution database, and course equivalencies. Uphold University transfer policies, course equivalency standards, and accreditation requirements. Advise the Study Abroad, Admissions, and college offices of credit and grade conversions for external institutions. Assess the impact of changes to transfer and curriculum as they relate to students and the systems. Encode curriculum requirements into the degree audit system, and troubleshoot degree audit and transfer credit issues. As a Degree Audit and Transfer team member, work with Admissions staff, advisors, faculty, and departments to ensure accuracy of data in the degree audit system.

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required, (Master's preferred) and 3-4 years experience in higher education, Registrar or Admissions experience preferred. Strong analytical skills, understanding of policy implications at institutional and national level, and knowledge of computer and record keeping technologies.
