About the Opportunity:
The Dean's Office of the Khoury College of Computer Sciences requires an individual with proven knowledge of effective instructional practices to serve as a Graduate Academic Course Associate in our Master's in Computer Science and Align programs.

Responsibilities:
The Graduate Academic Course Associate will work closely with teaching faculty to develop and deliver recitations for Align and Masters courses. Responsibilities include the development of lab materials and exercises that re-enforce concepts introduced in weekly lecture sections, 30 minutes of contact time per each recitation weekly, conducting code walkthroughs, oversight of student teaching assistants hired to provide office hours, grading of homework assignments and exams, and oversight of online forums, learning-management systems (e.g., grades, assignments) and course websites.

Qualifications:
Masters' degree with a minimum of 3-5 years work experience, preferable in a higher education setting. Individual must have strong organization skills. Person must be able to multi-task, remain focused in a somewhat hectic environment and be team oriented. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively on behalf of the college.
