About the Opportunity:
The Program Coordinator primary responsibilities focus on student communication and management of student data and electronic files. The Program Coordinator manages the Global Pathways email account and collects and organizes electronic data, including student data and program documents.

Data management responsibilities include maintenance of student information in Access database and/or Salesforce, including documentation of attendance, grades, language test scores, and change-of-major requests and decisions. Data presentation and analysis responsibilities include creating data visualizations for advisors, staff, and faculty and analyzing program data. S/he maintains a monthly student communications plan, which includes sending relevant announcements and communications to students throughout the term. Additional responsibilities include event planning and publicity, calendar planning, and language exam administration.

Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years related work experience required. Proven experience providing excellent customer service via email and working with students at the secondary or post-secondary level. Experience conducting detail-oriented work and the ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines is required as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with the Northeastern University landscape is a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Access, Banner, and Salesforce as well as experience with international constituents.
