    Department Summary
    The Lundquist College of Business is one of seven schools housing academic programs on the University of Oregon campus. The college works cooperatively with other UO Colleges and Schools to prepare students for a broad range of career paths. There are approximately 72 full-time faculty members, 70 staff positions, 1,200 undergraduate majors, 1,200 undergraduate minors, 200 master's students and 36 doctoral students.

    The Lundquist Recruitment and Admission Office (RAO) is dedicated to providing a professional yet vibrant experience for our undergraduate and graduate students. The RAO is a team dedicated to the success of our students ranging from prospective student, applicant, admitted and enrolled student in an undergraduate or graduate-level program. The RAO serves both undergraduate and graduate prospective student populations. This includes undergraduate programs in Accounting and Business Administration (Finance, Marketing, Management and Operations & Business Analytics), and three graduate programs: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in Finance (MSF), Master of Accounting (MAcc), and Doctorate (Ph.D.).

    Position Summary
    The Graduate Admissions & Records Coordinator (Coordinator) provides administrative support and coordinates operations of the Lundquist Recruitment and Admission Office (RAO). This position is responsible to coordinate logistical aspects of the Lundquist Graduate Programs admissions process and ensure compliance with LCB/UO admissions requirements.

    The Coordinator manages and maintains internally and externally sourced databases that house potential, current, and former Lundquist graduate student data. This position also provides assistance and training for other staff/administrators on the use of the databases.

    This position will have direct communication with applicants and will collaborate with the director of admissions to create and maintain communication with prospective students regarding the status of their application. This work will include explaining rules and policies via phone, email, and in-person.

    Additional responsibilities include developing reports, tracking and disseminating program statistics, providing backup at peak times for the reception area, and assisting with interview and event coordination.

    Minimum Requirements
  • Three years of office experience which included two years at full performance level and experience generating documents; and
  • Lead work responsibility or coordination of office procedures

    Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or human resources
  • Higher education work experience, with experience in Admissions, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Radius, Salesforce or other contact management software
