The Lundquist College of Business' Portland Programs unit is
currently comprised of two graduate-level degree programs: the
Oregon Executive MBA Program (OEMBA) and the Sports Product
Management Program (SPM) and a series of workshops. This position
is based in Portland, Oregon. The slate of offerings is expected to
grow in the coming years.
This position provides executive-level administrative support to
the Executive Director of the Lundquist College of Business
Portland Programs and coordinates various administrative and office
functions. The position assists the Executive Director in the
management, operations and administration of the Portland Programs
office and its oversight of the OEMBA and SPM programs and their
The Executive Assistant is responsible for effectively managing and
scheduling the Executive Director's time to ensure maintenance of
an extensive meeting schedule.
This position facilitates the communication of information and
directives both up and down the Lundquist and Portland Programs'
chain of command. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary
contact for all matters related to the Executive Director of
Portland Programs' schedules and activities.
- Three years of clerical/secretarial experience which
o one-year at full performance level performing typing, word
processing, or other generating of documents; and
o lead work responsibility or coordination of office

- At least three years of Administrative Assistant and/or Office
Management experience in a professional setting.
- Two years of progressively responsible experience in a college
or university setting.
