EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Degree required. Associate's degree or higher preferred, depending on area of expertise.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of five years subject area expertise. Excellent oral and written communication skills and teaching experience required. Actively working within a criminal justice related field or retired for not more than five years. Must have experience in one or more of the following areas of instruction:
  • Community policing concepts
  • Human trafficking investigations
  • Law enforcement suicide prevention
  • De-escalation techniques
  • Critical Incident Peer Support
  • Mortgage fraud
  • Weapons of Mass Destruction

Candidate must be able to teach from a variety of existing courses, levels and diversity of counterdrug issues. Instruct students from agencies, communities and military in the many facets of interdiction and substance control.

Classes are presented in a traditional classroom environment and/or on-line to students living inside and outside of Pinellas County, which may require travel.”

Requirements::
Education:

Associate's degree required, prefer Bachelor, Masters, Doctorate degree.

Experience:

Must have a minimum of five years professional experience in the subject area of expertise.
