Director of Operations

The CSU Health Network at Colorado State University is recruiting for a Director of Operations.

In partnership with the CSU Health Network Leadership Team, the Director of Operations is committed to providing leadership for integrative, innovative, and comprehensive health care of the highest quality medical, mental, and behavioral Health, and Health Education Promotion. The vision of the CSU Health Network’s is to be a national leader in campus community health care.

The position engages in direct leadership of Business Services and Operations for Accounting Services, Human Resources, Student Health Insurance Services, Student Insurance Billing and Coding Services, Student Access Call Center Services, Student Experience, Access, and Registration Services, Medical Records Services, and Facilities and Custodial Services.

The Director of Operations will assist the Executive Director of the CSU Health Network to plan and coordinate capital operating expenditures and fiscal systems with self-generated revenues exceeding $10 million as well as manage varied and complex financial systems including formulation; allocation of budgets; and management of appropriated funds, cash funds, and/or contracts and grants with an annual total budget of approximately $20 million.

The Director of Operations reports directly to the Executive Director of the CSU Health Network.
