Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a part-time Head Coach, Club Sailing in the Athletics department.

The candidate would be expected to: organize plan and direct all aspects of intercollegiate sailing program which includes: usual and customary coaching activities; accompany team to all regattas; assist in the formation and preparation of the budget and oversee the expenditures; assist alumni and booster activities.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree, Valid Automobile Driver's License in your state of principal residence

Required Skills or Software:
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

Required Years of Experience:

Other Requirements:
Sailing coaching experience or competitive sailing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Head coaching experience at collegiate level. Computer literacy.
