Assistant to the Dean
Leon Hess Business School
Monmouth University is seeking an Assistant to the Dean in the Leon
Hess Business School.
The candidate would be expected to: assist the Dean in everyday
functions of the School; assist with the maintenance of the
department budget; interact with public as first office contact;
manage the Dean's Office schedules, including arranging and
confirming appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.

Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in
order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent
interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be
able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately,
Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment, Intermediate
knowledge of MS Word 2013, Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
Required Years of Experience:
Skilled in meeting and greeting the public. Organized and able to
organize. Able to use good judgement in managing schedules of Dean,
Associate Dean and Assistant Dean.
Advanced knowledge of Outlook Calendar. Intermediate knowledge of
MS PowerPoint 2013.
