Juris Doctorate preferred.

Starting salary is $65,670- $75,670 annually. A competitive

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, in the Office of
Institutional Equity and Inclusion, responsible for coordinating
and monitoring the College’s EEO program oversight and delivery of
a system-wide program, in collaboration with other system
stakeholders, to prevent, reduce, and remediate all forms of
discrimination, including harassment, retaliation, in all
educational and employment programs and activities.
Typical Essential Duties
Oversight of discrimination complaints to include the maintenance

investigations, drafting investigative reports, conferring with

Organize and maintain grievance files, reports, and other compiled
records regarding complaints of sexual harassment and other
