Position Summary:

This position serves as a primary point of contact for the office. As such, this position requires courteous and facilitative interaction with a wide variety of individuals, including UW faculty, instructional staff, teaching assistants, community members seeking education testing services and external agencies requiring test scoring services or measurement advice, and additional education professionals.

The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, processing e-reimbursements and process payrolls. The individual in this position will also be responsible for some of the fiscal management of Testing & Evaluation funding, including bookkeeping, reporting, purchasing, and the coordination of local, national, and international travel for staff and visiting researchers and lecturers.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Experience in using Microsoft office for high level administrative support. Customer Service experience to diverse populations are required. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are a plus.

Work Schedule:

Regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is the opportunity to work up to 30% of the scheduled hours remotely.
