Position Summary:
Under general supervision performs a wide variety of duties of moderate difficulty. This position provides consultation to clients, technical support and administrative support for the office of Testing and Evaluation Services (T&E). It is the primary position responsible for interfacing with faculty, instructional staff, and TAs, explaining our services and helping to ensure that requests for service are completed correctly so that exams, course evaluations, and research questionnaires are scored accurately and customers get the level of feedback they desire. This position also serves as the primary point of contact for information on national standardized exams, such as those used for admissions to the university, graduate school, or professional programs.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
Experience in using Microsoft office for high level administrative support. Customer Service experience to diverse populations are required. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal are a plus.
