Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Marketing faculty position, starting in Fall 2022.    

We are seeking candidates who have expertise in analytics and who examine practically relevant research issues in the field of marketing. In addition to research, responsibilities include teaching courses such as Customer Analytics and Marketing Analytics in our graduate and undergraduate programs.    

One of our research strengths in the Marketing Area at the McDonough School of Business is our common focus on the consumer as the unit of analysis across methodologies. Whether faculty conduct quantitative analyses, build analytical models, or conduct experiments, we share an interest in consumer-level data, allowing us to collaborate on research and generate insights using multiple methods. The Marketing Area is currently composed of 11 tenure-track faculty (Sean Blair, Simon Blanchard, Suh Yeon Kim, Ronald Goodstein, Rebecca Hamilton, Prashant Malaviya, Michael O’Donnell, Neeru Paharia, Robert Thomas, Debora Thompson and Luc Wathieu) and three non-tenure line faculty (Karthikeya Easwar, Christine Nordhielm and Charles Skuba; see  

The McDonough School of Business is committed to and promotes a strong research culture. We seek applicants who are dedicated to publishing their research in A-level journals, teaching effectively, and contributing to the future growth of the school.
