The Neuroscience Program at DePaul University is pleased to invite applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin autumn 2022.

Applicants must hold a PhD and be broadly trained in neuroscience with a strong commitment to undergraduate education in a diverse environment. The successful applicant will establish an active independent research program that includes undergraduate students. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory and upper-level courses in the Neuroscience Program in addition to courses aimed at non-science majors. Outstanding candidates from any neuroscience discipline will be considered with preference given to candidates with specializations that complement and expand on current areas of expertise in the Program. Candidates with experience in electrophysiology or computational methods in the cellular, or behavioral neurosciences are especially encouraged to apply. In addition to teaching and research activities, the faculty member will participate in service opportunities while contributing to a growing Neuroscience Program. Dedicated research space and startup funds are available.
