About the Opportunity:
Khoury College of Computer Sciences seeks an individual to provide professional support to the Associate Dean of the Graduate School and Assistant Dean of Graduate Administration overseeing graduate student services for the Doctoral Programs in Computer Science, Cyber Security, and Personal Health Informatics.

Responsibilities:
Oversee admissions process for PhD applicants; Manage all PhD program administrative activities advising students on academic and curriculum/registration matters; serve as liaison between the Graduate School and all University offices that handle matters pertaining to Doctoral students; attend all relevant committee meetings. Manage and maintain the doctoral student database utilizing Salesforces, Banner, and the Argos systems. Prepare reports and analyses for the Dean, Associate/Assistant Dean, Director of Cyber Security Program, Director, Personal Health Informatics Program Director, the Graduate Faculty Committee, and the college PhD Committee.

Qualifications:
Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience required. Individual must have strong communication skills (verbal and written.), proven experience with spreadsheets and databases, experience working with a diverse student population a must. (Note: 80% of the Graduate program are foreign nationals) The individual must have experience working independently and as a member of a team.
