JOB DESCRIPTION

The University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for a Senior Project Coordinator with the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL). This full-time, exempt staff, grant-funded position will assume managerial responsibilities with the implementation and operations of the I-SEAL project, as well as other CELL initiatives. I-SEAL (Indiana Special Education Assisted Licensure program) is a statewide initiative to facilitate an increased number of qualified special education teachers into the field. Project responsibilities include: database management, survey development and reporting, frequent communication with K-12 teachers and administrators as well as higher education representatives and State leaders. This position may include presentations to teachers and school administrators which includes representing I-SEAL at various conferences and meetings.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage the operations of I-SEAL
• Serve as campus liaison for University of Indianapolis for I-SEAL
• Manage communications and distribution lists through mail serves
• Lead presentations to teachers and school administrators

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least five years of relevant job experience is required
• Bachelor's degree required, graduate education preferred
