Winona State University invites you to join our Community of Learners as the Assistant Director for the Center for Assessment and Accreditation (CAA).  This position is full-time (40 hours week) during the academic year and part-time (20 hours/week) during the summer. As the Assistant Director you will be responsible for assisting the CAA Director and serving as a liaison for the Dean of the College of Education on assessment, accreditation, and compliance issues with Minnesota Board of Teaching, National Accreditation bodies, and other external evaluation bodies.  Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating the use of institutional information to increase effectiveness and efficiency and to support the College of Education in assessment and educational accreditation. Minimum qualifications for this position include having an earned Master’s degree and one (1) year of experience assessment/research OR an earned Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in assessment/research.
