Job Summary
Visiting Instructor in Biology to teach introductory laboratories in anatomy & physiology and general biology. Prior teaching experience and experience in histology is preferred. Additional opportunities to teach courses in the candidate’s area of specialization are dependent on credentials and projected enrollment. This is a one-year position (August 2021 – May 2022).

Principle Responsibilities: Primary teaching responsibilities will be laboratories or lectures for Anatomy & Physiology I & II, Principles and Concepts of Human Biology, and Introductory Biology. This is a one-year position (August 2021 – May 2022).

Required Skills: Strong emphasis on undergraduate teaching.

Minimum Qualifications: Evidence of effective teaching must be demonstrated. Background in anatomy and physiology required. Masters or PhD in Biology or related field.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching at the undergraduate level.
