The Lebanon Valley College Office of Facilities Services seeks a campus scheduling coordinator. The campus scheduling coordinator manages all aspects of scheduling for the College programs including room use for classes, meetings, special events and outside groups. The coordinator administers facility use policies and procedures and assists with generating and revising contracts for special events, billing and collections. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, familiarity with scheduling software, and related experience preferred. This is a full time, 12 month, 40 hour per week position.
