Dean of Outreach and Workforce Development
Western Wyoming Community College invites applications for the Dean of Outreach and Workforce Development.
The Dean of Outreach and Workforce Development serves as the primary representative for Western Wyoming Community College’s Outreach Centers and Workforce Development, promoting positive and substantive relationships with local educational, business, and industry partners. The Dean of Outreach and Workforce Development serves on the Student Learning Leadership Council and collaborates to develop educational opportunities and training solutions throughout Western’s 29,000 square mile service area.
Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of professional experience in higher education. Three (3) years of experience of administrative and programmatic supervisory experience at the Dean, Chair, Program Coordinator, Director, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Wyoming Community College System, overseeing technology development, and with the Higher Learning Commission or another regional accreditation agency.
