Western Wyoming Community College invites applications for the Dean of Enrollment Management

The Dean of Enrollment Management will lead departments and teams focused on enrollment management and student success at Western Wyoming Community College. The Dean of Enrollment Management is charged with designing and implementing plans to strengthen student enrollment, increase student persistence and completion, and further student workplace and academic success while upholding Western’s mission, vision and values. The Dean will work closely with the College’s students, faculty and staff and community leaders to ensure Western meets its enrollment goals and delivers positive, student-centered services to all prospective and current students. 

Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of professional experience in higher education. Three (3) years of experience of administrative and programmatic supervisory experience at the Dean, Chair, Program Coordinator, Director, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial aid management, overseeing technology development, and with the Higher Learning Commission or another regional accreditation agency.
