The University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for a Special Projects Coordinator in the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL). This full-time, exempt staff position will assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives with the day-to-day operations of STEM Teach as well as other CELL initiatives. These responsibilities include: database management, survey development and reporting, website updates and maintenance, coordination of social media, and frequent communication with K-12 teachers and administrators as well as higher education representatives. This position may include presentations to teachers and school administrators which includes representing STEM Teach at various conferences and meetings.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of STEM Teach
  • Serve as campus liaison for University of Indianapolis for STEM Teach
  • Monitor and coordinate all CELL social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook)
  • Manage communications and distribution lists through mail serves
  • Monitor and update all CELL websites
  • Lead presentations to teachers and school administrators


  • At least two years of relevant job experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience may be considered (suggested majors include: Journalism, Graphic Design, English, Communications, Public Relations, Web Design, or Education)
