Job Summary/Basic Function



The School of Education (SOE) is an academic unit that prepares teachers and school leaders through undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs as well as STEM certification. Moreover, the SOE also recommends students for certification with the state of Missouri. The Quality Assurance Apprentice will assist in the preparation of the Quality Assurance Report (QAR) by providing support to our Accreditation Committee. The apprentice will also build a website in which the QAR can be stored and shared.

Responsibilities:
• Data Collection
• Data Organization
• Data Analysis
• Creation of charts, visuals, etc. using SOE data
• Attend occasional Accreditation Committee Meetings & writing workshops
• Assist with the development of/organization of QAR appendices
• Assistance with Hyperlinks/data storage
• Build an accreditation website to be submitted to AAQEP
• Assist Accreditation Committee with miscellaneous administrative tasks and duties that arise during QAR preparation



Minimum Qualifications



• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Positive attitude and eager to learn Growth mindset
• Preferred majors: Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or Mathematical Science
• Experience with data collection, data organization and data analysis
