Job Summary/Basic Function



The CFC Business Development Manager will manage the growth of the CFC client base as well as ensure the satisfaction of our current clients. Building and maintaining relationships is a key component of this job, as well as at least a basic knowledge of cybersecurity terminologies, technologies, and services. Additionally, this person will be responsible for documenting and tracking growth, initiatives, and procedures surrounding their job. The CFC Business Development Manager will collaborate with the CFC personnel, including the director, GA, volunteer graduates, interns, and cyber clubs to develop growth in CFC business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with CFC personnel to build and maintain business relationships, processes, and services.



Minimum Qualifications



• Minimum 2.5 GPA
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
• Positive attitude and eager to learn Growth mindset
• Preferred major: cybersecurity, management information systems, business administration, management and leadership
• Preferred year in school: anything is acceptable, ambition is key to compensate for less experience



Preferred Qualifications



• People person
• Comfortable in a fast-paced/always-changing environment
• Sales and/or customer service experience would be a plus
• Leadership experience is also a plus, but not necessary, however being a self-starter who is willing to try leading is a must.
• Able to challenge perceived authority in order to encourage growth in our collaborative service offering.
