Elon University is seeking a Community Director for the Colonnades Neighborhood. This position requires an energetic, highly motivated, thoughtful, and adaptive team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills and a student-centered approach to their work. Since this position is a key leadership role for supporting the university goals for integrating the academic, residential, and social experience of students, priority will be given to candidates with previous experience working within liberal arts, residential college setting and/or previous experience with engaging in partnerships between student affairs and academic affairs. A strong commitment to diversity and inclusion is essential, as this position leads the development of an inclusive, intellectual, residential community. The successful candidate will have a Master’s degree and residence life experience.  This position will remain open until filled.
