Job Summary/Basic Function:
NOTE: Position will be filled as an Assistant or Associate Director depending on candidate qualifications.

The position has responsibility to oversee assigned enrollment projects and efforts and may supervise and provide work direction to select staff when applicable. It is expected the incumbent will support efforts to accomplish departmental objectives and meet regularly in a team environment to report on progress. -Counsel and advise students, faculty, and/or staff. -Ensure quality of enrollment services, processes, and programs. -Oversee the resolution of problems and challenges regarding the enrollment, retention, and graduation of students. -Proficient computer knowledge -Manage special projects and assignments including but not limited to campus tours and campus visit events.

Required Qualifications:
1) Bachelors degree or equivalent 2) Five years full-time college employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, or enrollment services, or administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Strong presentation skills 2) Excellent verbal and oral communication skills 3) Experience in event management and coordination.
