MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Associate’s degree in Building Maintenance OR
  • Associate’s degree in a qualifying field and a combination of formal training, work experience and professional tested experience that provide a foundation in the specific subject matter being taught.
  • Relevant licenses and certifications.
