Responsibilities:
Direct the Academic Records area of the Registrar's Office, including transcript request fulfillment for students and alumni in all programs of the University. Manage the senior clearance process and subsequent conferral of degrees. Oversee end-of-term grading, Dean's List, enrollment verification, degree verification, and NCAA eligibility. In addition to managing diploma production, ranging from graduation application data to diploma printing and distribution. Assists the Senior Associate Registrar and the University Registrar in the selection of Vendors and Academic records and Diplomas system's implementation. Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of academic records on a variety of academic committees and task forces; consult administration regarding future opportunities and challenges related to enrollment, new programs, certificates, degrees, academic and records policies and procedures, badging, and other related topics as they develop.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Higher Education or related field preferred or relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible experience in higher education record administration. Knowledge of student, transcript delivery, and enrollment verification systems required. Experience with Banner preferred. Strong written and oral communication. analytical skills required. Familiarity with state and federal laws, including Compliance/Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
