About the Opportunity:
The Associate Head Coach, Men's Ice Hockey will work successfully with the Head Coach to build and maintain a highly competitive Division I program that provides a positive student-athlete experience.

Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for teaching and developing select positions, practices and game strategies; serve as recruiting coordinator and actively engage in the identification, evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes; manage scout preparations for opponents; and be integrally involved in the development and maintenance of a successful team culture. The Associate Coach will conduct all applicable operations in a manner that upholds the philosophy and objectives of the Northeastern Athletics Department in accordance with the NCAA, CAA, ECAC and IC4A rules.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred. Five years of related college and/or professional coaching experience, thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Prior experience demonstrating strong communication skills and ability to cultivate relationships with a broad range of constituents. Must be able to travel and work evenings and weekends as required.
