About the Opportunity:
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Athletics & Recreation and the senior administrative team including assisting with special projects and committee support.
Responsibilities:
The coordinator serves as the office manager to ensure the efficient daily operation of the main Athletics office. They must be able to communicate professionally and effectively, be customer service oriented and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with 2-5 years of administrative related experience. Strong organizational, communication, managerial and interpersonal skills. Professional and customer service oriented, Key competencies include prioritization of responsibilities and tasks, problem solving/analysis, detail oriented, communication proficiency, ethical conduct, time management and protections of organization's value through exercising discretion with confidential information. Must be able to take initiative and follow through on tasks independently.
