Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator

About the Opportunity:
The Learning & Org. Development Coordinator provides program support for learning and development programs and initiatives. He/ She interfaces with participants, internal contacts and outside vendors to answer questions and ensure smooth operation of the training programs.

Responsibilities:
Course Logistics/ Project Management:
  • Coordinate and managing logistics for HRM-sponsored training sessions.
  • Manage attendance; virtual access for a variety of programs, presenters and components.
  • Manages multiple projects with different timeframes and expected results.
  • Track and ensure all requests, registrations and attendance are accurate.

  • Training Evaluation /Communications:
  • Collect and track data for the HRM Learning and Development metrics and scorecard
  • Partner to keep HRM/ L&OD and other departments' websites updated to ensure they reflect current training offerings and promote HRM training resources.
  • Assist in building calendars and timelines for upcoming programming.
  • Recommend changes or new ideas for training programs based upon participant and department feedback to ensure alignment with business needs.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Comfort with and willingness to learn a variety of technologies
  • Familiarity with event management; virtual conferencing tools and surveys
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Superior customer focus and service orientation.
  • Strong ability to organize and deliver training program logistics components with a customer focus
