Tenure-Track, Assistant Professors in Management

The Management Division at Babson College invites applicants for two (2) full-time tenure-track positions at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in the 2022-23 academic year. For the first position, we are seeking an experienced, engaged educator and scholar in the area of Organizational Behavior. Candidates are required to have a PhD in organizational behavior or closely related fields (e.g. human resource management, I/O psychology, sociology).

For the second position, we are seeking an experienced, engaged educator and scholar in the area of Strategy. Candidates are required to have a PhD or DBA in strategy or closely related fields (e.g. international business, management, organizations).

The successful candidate for both positions should be a passionate, innovative educator with a vibrant research stream that is interesting to both academics and practitioners. While the positions are open to both new and senior assistant level candidates, we prefer candidates with at least 2-3 years of teaching and research experience as a faculty member at an AACSB or EQUIS accredited institution after graduation.
