Colgate’s Career Services is highly dynamic, ambitious, and robust. In the 2020-2021 school year, CCS partnered with 77% of the Colgate student body to complete over 11,500 career development engagements and utilized nearly 1300 alumni and parent volunteers to support student career development. 95% of the Class of 2020 secured employment, graduate/professional school admission, or a fellowship/scholarship (90% response rate) within nine months of graduation. This year CCS partnered with nearly200 formal recruiting partners to provide internship and entry-level job opportunities for Colgate students.

Under the division of the Dean of the College, CCS has realized significant institutional support in pursuit of this vision.

It is an exciting time for the University as Colgate enters its third century. President Brian W. Casey is leading the campus through a comprehensive Third-Century Plan to raise the institution’s profile as a distinctive and strong undergraduate liberal arts institution to even-higher levels of achievement.

Having celebrated its Bicentennial in the academic year 2018–2019 and forging into its third century, Colgate has distinguished itself as one of the finest residential universities and has sought a special purpose among institutions of higher learning.
