Job Summary:
Available September 1, 2021 is a postdoctoral position in Inorganic Chemistry in the Furman University Department of Chemistry under the direction of Professor Paul Wagenknecht. It is a full-time one-year position, renewable for a second year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will perform federally funded research with undergraduate students involving the synthesis and characterization of transition metal alkynyl complexes for optoelectronic devices. The state-of-the-art laboratory facilities and instrumentation in Furman's new $65M Charles H. Townes Center for Science rivals that of many Ph. D. granting institutions.
