Purpose of Position
The Department of Sociology, Anthropology and Philosophy invites
applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor in anthropology,
sociology, philosophy, and religious studies.
Note: Position filled on an as need basis.
Candidates must be prepared to teach one or more of the following
• introduction to cultural anthropology;
• introduction to archaeology (prehistory);
• world cultures;
• introduction to sociology;
• sociology of global inequalities;
• philosophy, individuals, and society;
• introduction to logic;
• philosophers, cultures, and creativity,
• philosophy of ethics;
• information ethics
• health care ethics; or
• world religions and cultures.
Courses may be offered on NKU’s campus, online, or at area high
M.A. in anthropology, sociology, philosophy, or religious studies
