The application processor oversees all aspects of the first year
and transfer application processes, from the first credential
received to the transfer of files to the Registrar.

Description of Duties & Responsibilities
Application oversight (50%)
Data Management (25%)
- Administer and supervise all aspects of the first year and
transfer application processes. Includes the processing of all
- Lead the office’s effort on GPA recalculations for first year
- Complete data entry for student and parent records.
- Develop, run, and troubleshoot complex processes, statistical
reports, and statements via integrated databases.
- Respond to inquiries from applicants and the campus community
regarding applicants and application files.
- Serve as a resource for internal and external customers.
Perform other duties as assigned based on office priorities
- Cross-train in following areas in order to support the overall
function of the Admissions Office: telephone, front desk coverage,
inquiry and mail processing, office email.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of directly related job experience, including
experience with data entry and integrated databases or client
- Strong familiarity with modern office computers and systems,
including facility with the Google suite, Word, Excel, and
- Comfort with basic math
- Ability to work under set deadlines in a fast-paced
- Associate’s degree, two-year technical certificate, or two to
three years of college
- Four or more years of directly related job experience
- Extensive experience with integrated database systems
- 37.5 hours per week
