Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Senior Associate Athletics Director/Senior Woman Administrator (SWA) in the Athletics department.
The candidate would be expected to: be responsible for oversight of comprehensive academic support program for student athletes; act as a liaison with appropriate University departments, i.e, Financial Aid, Undergraduate Admission, Counseling and Psychological Services, Department of Disability Services and the Campus Intervention Team; sport supervision of Women's Basketball, Women's Soccer, and Men's and Women's Tennis; oversight of Intramurals and Recreation department.

Required Years of Experience: 5
Five years of intercollegiate athletics experience. Higher education experience. Division I NCAA compliance experience or academic background. Sport oversight and other managerial experience.
Master’s Degree. Coaching experience. Former student-athletic experience.
