Position Description / Responsibilities California State University Channel Islands invites applications for Part Time Lecturers to teach physical science courses within the Applied Physics program. The major responsibilities include the development and instruction of courses and participation in other academic and programmatic activities. Minimum Degree Requirements Ph.D in Physics or closely related field from an accredited institution preferred, but MS in Physics or closely related field from an accredited institution will be considered. Required Qualifications MS in Physics or closely related field with University teaching experience. Ph.D. preferred Preferred Qualifications A record of effective teaching with a variety of appropriate methodologies at a 4-year educational institution
